Designed for precision and ease of use, the Jonard Tools Non-Vulcanized Semiconductive Layer Cable Stripper is the ideal tool for stripping the peelable semiconductive layer of medium voltage (MV) cables. With the ability to perform longitudinal, radial, and spiral cuts, this tool ensures clean and accurate stripping while maintaining the integrity of the underlying insulation

  • Suitable for cables with diameters from 0.63" - 1.61" (16 - 41 mm) and insulation thicknesses up to 0.079" (2 mm).
  • Allows for longitudinal, spiral, and radial cuts for versatility in stripping applications.
  • Functions similarly to a vice system, ensuring stability and accuracy during operation.
  • Fine-tune the blade depth from 0"-0.03" (0-0.9mm) (in 0.003" (0.1 mm) increments) using the easy-to-turn adjustment knob.
  • Spring-loaded holding system ensures firm positioning and control by utilizing spring pressure for optimal grip.
