Randy Garrison
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Randy is a dynamic, driven, results oriented & outgoing Business Executive with strong Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations & Technology background. Credited with over 24 years of delivering increased revenue and profit in the highly competitive consumer electronics & optics marketplace.
Randy started at Jonard Tools in March 2020 as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He has been a strong motivational leader, skilled negotiator, excellent communicator with additional expertise hiring, managing, coaching & training productive employees. Randy has demonstrated the ability to conceptualize and execute marketing and sales strategies that increased customer base, revenue & profit as well as inspiring his peers to do the same. He is highly accomplished in evaluating company processes, identifying problems, creating cost saving solutions as well as cultivating and maintaining high level relationships. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating & fishing.
Ed Scirbona
Senior Director of Engineering
Ed started at Jonard Tools in 2003 as the Purchasing Manager and head Engineer. He currently holds 7 United States Patents and is always eager to develop new inventions.
Ed is a master at Research & Development, Testing & Inspecting, Recording & Reviewing products and trends to fulfill functional objectives and requirements while considering the limitations imposed by practicality, regulation, safety and cost. He applies the principles of science and mathematics to develop economic solutions to technical problems. He puts a great deal of effort into Researching and Developing Products to ensure they meet our standards and the consumer needs and to create great quality tools that last a lifetime. In his free time he enjoys playing guitar, Skiing, and Drag Racing.
Diana Harreus
Human Resources Manager
Diana has been with Jonard since 2016 and started in an executive administration role supporting our CEO. As Jonard continued to grow, she started to support the HR function, and now manages Jonard’s Human Resources department.
She handles many necessary functions and is instrumental in Recruitment & Hiring, Employee Relations, Payroll & Benefits, and Record Keeping to name a few. She is very understanding and always goes out of her way to help and meet the essential needs of management and staff. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her two young daughters, and her pitbull Zoey.
John D’Auria
Director of Operations & Finance
John has over 24 years of extensive experience in financial planning, analysis and providing financial and operational advice. This knowledge includes monitoring key internal and external parameters, and analyzing the fiscal impact of emerging priorities, key risks, and opportunities.
John has been Jonard’s Hardworking & Enthusiastic Director of Operations & Finance since September 2020. Since then, he has been an integral part of the organization for providing sound financial advice, process improvements and cost management initiatives. He is dedicated to encouraging his team and supporting the finance framework for projects and programs. It is safe to say he is an expert in his field and the company’s tremendous growth can be dedicated in part to his effort. When he is not preparing monthly/quarterly reports, you can find him Coaching Pop Warner Football, spending time with his family, taking care of his lawn, gaming, playing bass guitar and cooking.
Kandace Roberts
Marketing Manager
Kandace Roberts joined the company in April 2023 as a Social Media Manager and now holds the position of Marketing Manager. With over 5 years of experience in marketing, she now leads all digital and print marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C markets. Kandace has been instrumental in the growth of the Brand Ambassador program, bringing it to its current success, and has fostered a strong community within the industry.
In her free time, Kandace likes to indulge in skincare and spa days with her spouse.
Gareth Cliff
Product Manager
Gareth brings to Jonard over 20 years of experience and a very diverse business background. Gareth began his early career in Video Editing which led to an opportunity to transition to IT where his drive and motivation to learn and succeed landed him opportunities to thrive at growing companies over the years.
Very technical by nature, Gareth transitioned his passion for technology into web design and UX/UI design. The experience he gained on the backend helped him learn product and strategy, which is where his Product Manager experience blossomed. His unique blend of technical, marketing, and creative skills make him the best at what he does. Supporting Jonard’s 8-10 product launches per month, Gareth is our in-house expert on everything product related, and on how to bring these products to market.
Gareth is a voracious reader who enjoys playing hockey but most of all relishes the time with his family, his wife and two sons.
Evan Fahr
Product Development Manager
Before joining Jonard, Evan spent over 7 years building an audio start-up company from first concepts to a diverse product catalog, where he gained invaluable experience from the engineering and design of products, through marketing and launch. The skills he gained from this experience are a true asset as he continues to work on the Jonard product portfolio.
Evan Fahr joined Jonard in 2022 as the Product Manager on our Marketing team. With a background in engineering, Evan brings a very technical mindset to product marketing which is a perfect fit for Jonard. Evan excelled so well in his role, that he was quickly moved over to our Engineering team as our Product Development Manager where he is now responsible for many of the cutting-edge products Jonard is releasing monthly, seeing the product through from conception to launch.
In his spare time Evan enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs, fishing, and playing the drums.
Wayne Bunce
Sales Director of North America
Wayne is Jonard’s Sales Director of North America. Wayne has been with Jonard Tools since 2004 and has been in the industry since 1991. Before he joined Jonard Tools he was in the US Airforce.
Wayne’s responsibilities include hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expanding our customer base. He believes that you are only as good as your word and to always follow through with your commitments. Since he puts integrity at the forefront, he can build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family and four children.
Luke Van Lierop
Managing Director, European Operation
Luke is a senior executive with more than 20 years experience in multiple disciplines of B2B business within the converging landscapes of innovative industries, with an emphasis on sales-marketing and general management. His professional aspiration is helping teams to create, implement and execute unique customer value propositions which enables increasing revenue, profit and sustainable growth for both companies. As a mentor and leader of multi-cultural and multi-discipline teams, Luke has established major successes with the industry leading telecommunications service providers.
Luke has a demonstrated history of sales growth, large complex deals, business development, operational excellence, C-level engagement, strategic partnerships, brand recognition, customer satisfaction and obviously maintain a close attention on customer’s needs and market trends. He served as a member on several CxO committees to contribute to their product strategy, innovation, brand positioning and portfolio expansion.
Samuel Chen
Supply Chain Manager
Samuel Chen has been the Supply Chain and Logistics Manager at Jonard Tools since 2014. In this role, Sam leverages his language skills (he speaks three!) to build strong working relationships with vendors in Asia. He enjoys his role as a liaison between suppliers and Jonard, managing all logistics from overseas and domestic suppliers to warehouse inventory. Sam is familiar with the features and functions of each and every Jonard product and boasts an impressive working memory of Jonard’s current inventory, as well as what is in the pipeline.
As Supply Chain Manager, Sam welcomes the opportunity to tackle challenges and come up with innovative solutions. Sam deeply appreciates how Jonard’s leaders see potential in each employee, and he values the ways in which they have helped foster his own professional growth. In particular, Sam is grateful for the flexibility and decision-making capacity he is able to exercise in his role. In addition, Sam enjoys working in such a supportive, collegial environment; he especially enjoys company-sponsored lunches on Fridays. Overall, Sam is so proud of all the growth the company has shown in his time here, and he is excited for what’s to come. In his free time, Sam enjoys swimming, watching movies, and spending time with his wife and children.
