Many of our hand tools such as our pliers, long nose pliers, and cutting pliers are ergonomically designed and have handles with dipped plastic grips for greater comfort and torque.
Pliers like our Elongnose, Long Nose Gripping Pressing Pliers are made of ultra-strong steel and are heat treated for maximum strength and durability. These long nose pliers feature knurled jaws to consistently ensure a tight grip. These pliers also feature inside gripping jaws have mated grooves near the joint for pressing 0.32/0.35” brass sleeves.
For accessing tight or hard-to-reach areas, we offer Curved Long Nose Pliers (JIC-3026). These long nose pliers are made with the same materials but feature a 70° bend angle to provide maximum visibility in confined spaces.
Several of our pliers like the JIC-750, 3/4" COAX Cable Cutter are intended for cutting a variety of cables and materials. The JIC-750, also known as Banana Cutters, is designed to cleanly cut up to 3/4” hard line coaxial cable and larger fiber cables without compressed or frayed ends. Thes pliers also eliminate cable distortion during prep by functioning like a tube cutter.
The DIABVNOTCH, Diagonal Crushing Slitting Pliers on the other hand, features a V-shaped notch between jaws for crushing flameproof insulation on distributing frame wire, as well as two W-shaped notches on the jaws for slitting textile insulation.
