Jonard Tools hereby declares and certifies that all products are RoHS compliant according to the definitions and restrictions given for the Directive 2002/95/EC by the European Parliament and The Council of January 27, 2003 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
Jonard Tools further states that all products are RoHS compliant according to the latest directive effective July 19, 2019 and published as the recast directive (2011/65/EU) also referred to as RoHS3. This new directive adds 4 substances to the 10 hazardous substances in the present certificate of compliance. ALL JONARD TOOLS PRODUCTS ARE RoHS COMPLIANT.

There are now over 191 SVHC chemicals subject to REACH oversight, and that number continues to grow. Based on information obtained from our component suppliers, this document certifies that NO Jonard Tools' products contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) as listed by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) under the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)
Jonard Tools supports the intent and rule of the Dodd-Frank Act, and as such does not import or use any conflict minerals in the manufacture of any of our products.
Proposition 65 is a regulation that requires businesses to provide a warning for any item that is sold into the State of California that contains certain substances above the Safe Harbor levels.
Jonard Tools has made the decision to add the Proposition 65 warning to most of its products to inform its customers that the product MAY contain chemicals on the Proposition 65 chemical list, however the product could contain these chemicals in concentrations under the limit or may not contain any chemicals on the list.
