These extractors have a simple and effective design. They are specifically made to extract internal components from DIP Sockets as well as LSI, MSI, and SSI Devices. This IC extractor is perfect for removing chips with 8-24 pins. It features specially designed hooks that can firmly grasp chips without damaging them. These are available in packs of 10 or as part of the IC Insertion/Extraction Kit (WK-7).

Jonard’s IC insertion tools are also compact and designed for safety. Our DIP/IC Insertion Tool (MOS-2428) allows a user to insert internal components into DIP Sockets as well as LSI, MSI, and SSI Devices. The DIP/IC Insertion Tool is perfect for inserting chips with 24-28 pins. This insertion tool features a built-in grounding lug that helps protect from short circuiting or static discharge.

Our IC Insertion/Extraction Kit features insertion and extraction tools that help facilitate the installation and extraction of DIP IC and PLCC chips on circuit boards. This kit features five tools that are CMOS safe and include grounding lugs where appropriate.
