- First-Time Orders: Complimentary standard shipping is available on your initial order.
- Orders Over $50: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders totaling $50 or more.
- Orders Under $50: A flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 will apply to orders below the $50 threshold.
- Promo Codes: Use of promotional codes does not impact eligibility for free shipping. Standard shipping offers remain valid when codes are applied.
Please note: Shipping is currently limited to addresses within the continental United States and Canada.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policies are outlined below:
Apparel Exchanges
- Apparel items may be exchanged for a different size or item within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unwashed and undamaged to qualify.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with apparel exchanges.
Non-Apparel Merchandise
- All non-apparel items, including gear and accessories, are considered final sale.
- These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately.
- We will issue a replacement at no additional cost, including shipping.
No Refunds Policy
Please note that Jonard Tools does not offer refunds for any purchases.
All sales of non-apparel merchandise are final and non-refundable. Apparel may be exchanged, but not returned for refund. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
