Jonard Crew Brand Ambassador Program Terms & Policies

Please read through the Brand Ambassador program rules carefully as there is important information you need to be aware of.

1. Breaking the Law

One must not violate any applicable local, national, and/or international laws whilst implementing logos, brand images, and/or any other materials belonging to Jonard Tools. Any content or activity featuring, encouraging, offering or soliciting illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

2. Self-Destructive Behavior

Any activity that may endanger one’s life or lead to one’s physical harm is strictly prohibited. Examples of prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: suicidal threats, intentional physical trauma, illegal use of drugs, illegal or dangerous consumption of alcohol, and/or dangerous or distracted driving.

3. Violence and Threats

Acts and threats of violence will be taken seriously and are considered zero-tolerance violations. Any and all community members associated with such activities will be indefinitely suspended. Examples of prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: attempts/threats to physically harm individuals, attempts/threats to hack, DDoS, or SWAT individuals, and/or the use of weapons to physically threaten, intimidate, or harm individuals.

4. Hateful Conduct and Harassment

Hateful conduct is any conduct or activity that promotes, encourages, and/or facilitates discrimination, denigration, objectification, harassment, and/or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, medical condition, physical characteristics, and/or veteran status. Hateful conduct is considered a zero-tolerance violation. Any and all community members associated with such conduct will be indefinitely suspended.

Harassment is any conduct or activity that attempts to intimidate, degrade, abuse, bully, or create a hostile environment for individuals. Harassment is considered a zero-tolerance violation. Any and all community members associated with such conduct will be indefinitely suspended.

5. Unauthorized Sharing of Private Information

One must not invade the privacy of others. Sharing sensitive content pertaining to an individual’s personal information and/or an individual’s private property without said individual’s express permission is strictly prohibited. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: sharing personally identifiable information, restricted or protected social profiles or any information from those profiles, and/or content that violates an individual’s reasonable expectation of privacy.

6. Spam, Scams, and Other Malicious Conduct

Any content or activity that disrupts, interrupts, harms or otherwise violates the integrity of Jonard Tools and its services or an individual’s experience using said services is prohibited. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

7. Nudity, Pornography, and Other Sexual Content

Nudity and sexually explicit content or activities, such as pornography, sexual acts/intercourse, and/or sexual services are prohibited. Content or activities that threaten/promote sexual violence or exploitation will be reported to authorities and result in indefinite suspension of any and all community members associated.

8. Extreme Violence, Gore, and Other Obscene Conduct

Content that exclusively focuses on extreme or gratuitous gore/violence is prohibited.
