Elmsford, N.Y. — Jonard Tools has introduced a counterpart to the award-winning Cable Comb (CCB-25)—for cables that are .25" in diameter—the new CCB-34, Cable Comb® Cable Organizing Tool, which is intended for cables that are .36" in diameter.
The CCB-34 allows a cabling technician to neatly bundle up to 24 CAT6A, CAT7 cables, or other similar-sized cables. The Cable Comb substantially reduces the amount of time that it takes to straighten, organize, and lash cables together. The built-in finger grooves around the tool help make it easy to pull cables without having to worry about the orientation of the tool.
The Cable Comb features a unique design that allows individual cables to be loaded into the green inner hub at any point during use without the need to find and thread the cable ends. The cables loaded into the CCB-34 can be removed by sliding the blue outer collar back, then removing them through the large opening of the collar.
The CCB-34 is compatible with cables or wires up to 0.36" (9.14 mm) in diameter such as coaxial (not RG6 Quad), plenum, control, CAT5/5e/6/6A/7 network, speaker, and alarm cables, and wires.
While similar, the primary difference between the two Cable Combs is that the CCB-25 is designed to help organize cables or wires up to .25” (6.35 mm) and CAT5/5E/6 network cables, as well as coaxial (not RG6 Quad), plenum, control, speaker, and alarm cables, and wires.
