They feature 50 micro-inches gold plating on contact surfaces (which provide a greater signal quality), and the clear housing makes it easy to see the wire pairs.
These connectors are perfect for cable installers and technicians. Each piece is made of clear plastic which allows a user to see inside as they work, and the crimp terminals feature 50 μin (micro- inch) gold plating on the contact surfaces to provide an excellent signal quality.
Another advantage to these connectors is that they eliminate the need to strip the jacket of the network cable to a specific length, a user can simply strip approximately between one and two inches, then pass it through the connector.
