Individuals representing a range of trades now represent the Jonard Tool brand
Elmsford, N.Y. — Earlier this month, Jonard Tools® kicked off its new Brand Ambassador Program and welcomed our group of #JonardCrew ambassadors.
Our Ambassadors come from a variety of industries including, electric, HVAC, cabling, and fiber optics. In addition to being advocates for Jonard Tools, ambassadors help us build better relationships with customers by providing us with insights from their respective fields. As seasoned technicians, their stories, feedback, and experiences give the Jonard Tools team a better understanding of how industries are evolving, the new challenges customers face, and what their needs are.
I wanted to join this program because Jonard Tools creates specialty tools specifically for my trade. The guarantee of the tools is proof that Jonard cares about their products and everyone that chooses Jonard,” said Jasmine McCloskey, a fiber optic splicer, who is a third third-generation (utility) pole climber. “Jonard’s team is always working to help create better and more affordable tools for many trades, mine being fiber optics. Holding online workshops on social media has helped me find the tools best for myself.
For the ambassadors, their roles entitle them to special program-based perks including, promotional items, discounts on product purchases, and access to a loaner program. The loaner program allows ambassadors to borrow products for projects at work, to be used as teaching tools, or to help them enhance their skills by learning how to use new tools.
“I have been using Jonard Tools since I started in this industry 15 years ago,” said Chon Brown, an information technology and low voltage technician. “I joined the ambassador program to be associated with the prestige of Jonard Tools’ products and customer service. I am an avid tool enthusiast and collector. I enjoy sharing newly acquired tools, products, and information with those with parallel passions. Nothing is more fulfilling than geeking out over new Jonard Tools.”
