Elmsford, N.Y.— The Jonard Tools Adjustable Round Hole Cutter w/ Vacuum Port, 9" (AHC-19) won the Electrical, Construction, and Maintenance (EC&M) magazine’s Product of the Year award in the Tools Accessory Items category.
The AHC-19 is a unique tool that simplifies the process of cutting round holes in ceilings, walls, and floors while minimizing the amount of dust and debris left behind. It can be hooked up to any variable-speed drill to create holes from 2.2" to 9" in diameter. It features a port that can be connected to vacuums, with 2.5" diameter hose nozzles, and has a rubber gasket that provides surface protection against damage and prevents fallout from debris. The cutting depth is adjustable via hex locknut and compression spring and can cut materials such as plywood, sheetrock, plasterboard, and acrylic sheet up to 1 1/16” thick.
