The Cabling Installation & Maintenance magazine's September/October issue lists the 2021 Innovations Awards recipients, including Jonard Tools' CableSaber™ (AST-200), which was recognized as one of the cabling industry's most innovative tools. Jonard Tools was recognized as a Gold Level honoree by a panel of judges from the information and communications technology (ICT) industries.
Every year, the Cabling Innovators Awards program honors organizations, companies, and individuals who bring new ideas to improve the ICT industries. According to CI&M, their judging panel is made up of industry professionals who have an intimate understanding of the design, installation, and administration of ICT systems. This panel evaluates each item based on six criteria: innovative approach, value to a user, sustainability, meeting a need, impact, and collaboration. The Innovators Awards were officially announced during the BICSI Fall 2021 Conference and Exhibition in Las Vegas. BICSI is a professional association supporting the advancement of the ICT profession and currently serves as a resource for its thousands of members and credential holders.
