All our wire wrap tools are specifically manufactured to meet the evolving needs of the cabling industry. We manufacture dozens of traditional and powered wire wrap tools and accompanying accessories that can be used on a broad range of cable gauges and come with a large variety of wire wrapping bits and sleeves, as well as LED flashlights for use in low-light environments.
In addition to the individual tools, Jonard Tools’ line of wire wrapping products also includes kits that come with an assortment of tools to take on any project. One such kit is the Insulated Wire Wrapping Kit (WWK-1INS). This kit is designed to handle 22-24 AWG in many applications and is perfect for working at the main distribution frame of field service calls. This kit includes an insulated wire cutting and stripping tool, a wire wrapping bit, a wire wrapping sleeve, and a squeeze-trigger wire wrapping tool that can be used on hot or live circuits while preventing shocks or shorts.
Our Wire Wrapping Kit for Central Office (WWK-CO) also offers a variety of wire wrap tools; however, it is specifically designed for use in Central Offices. The WWK-CO is intended to be used at a main distributing frame or for field service use. It includes an insulated wire wrapping tool, a spring-loaded unwrapping tool, an insulated wire loop puller, our telecom long nose pliers, and more, all in our Rugged Nylon 5 Pocket Tool Pouch.
